This is the old style water release window decal. Place the entire decal
in a dish of cold water forone minute. Then slide the logo image off
the paper backing directly onto a smooth surface. For window glass,
the image can be nounted on either the outside or on the inside facing
out. Allow to dry for about an hour. Then gently wipe off any
excess adhesive from around the edge with a damp cloth or sponge.
