I've been shaping the Classic 60s Pintail for about 45 years now.
It has been hailed as one of THE best signature models from the 60s.
I still have my original model in the garage. This surfboard rode so
well that I even took it to Hawaii in the late 60s and rode it at Sunset
Beach. Many friends have asked me over the years how it rode the
nose so well, especially when the nose was not that wide. I've had to
explain that a wide nose alone is not the secret to good nose riding.
The answer is in the overall surfboard design. And this model has
had the magic. There's nothing else to say except that IT WORKS.
